Tracy has been a Primary Care Manager since 2003 working in GP Practice, Business and Primary Care Network Manager roles. She has extensive healthcare management experience in general practice, primary care, secondary care and the voluntary sector. Tracy is currently a Practice Business Manager for Cleckheaton Group Practice in West Yorkshire. She also provides independent management consultancy services and delivers training in all aspects of primary care. Her main areas of interest are HR, finance, CQC compliance, governance, workforce development and wellbeing, collaborative working, optimising the use of IT systems, improving efficiencies and streamlining work processes.
