Ross is a Chartered and HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a specialist interest in musculoskeletal medicine and physical activity. He leads Great Northern Physiotherapy’s well-established NHS First Contact Practitioner service. Ross completed his MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (Musculoskeletal studies) in 2013 at Teesside University. He is a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber and is experienced and qualified in joint and soft tissue injections. Ross has a strong reputation in healthcare education. In 2017 he led the development of the University of Lincoln’s pre-registration Physiotherapy programme. He has undertaken and published research in physical activity, artificial intelligence, and social prescribing in physiotherapy. He is a published author.
