I have been a registered nurse for 30 years, after 10 years working in cardiac surgery I moved in Primary Care as a General Practice Nurse specialising in Long Term Condition management I am currently working as General Practice Nurse Lead for BNSSG Integrated Care Board and also hold a role as senior research nurse at Pier Health Group PCN. I recently held a role as our ICB CVD Community Champion and am a current member of the Primary Care Cardiovascular Society Council which has fostered my continuing passion for all things CVD with a focus on hypertension and person centred care.
