Ashleigh joined Versus Arthritis, the leading Arthritis UK charity in 2021. Since then she has been responsible for leading the Sport England funded physical activity face to face programme, testing new innovative approaches to empower people with musculoskeletal conditions to be active, working collaboratively with a number of partner organisations, including; The Richmond Group of Charities, Active Partnerships, Local Authorities including numerous voluntary sector organisations. She also leads the evaluation on the programme in partnership with London Metropolitan University. All the physical activity work incorporates behaviour change principles and is built on insights from people with lived experience of arthritis.
