Improving Diabetes Care With Better Records

16 May 2024
Practice and Business Management Programme
How the new Diabetes Record Information Standard could improve care for your patients. The Professional Record Standards Body has been working with patients and clinical teams to develop an interoperable diabetes record standard which will allow standardised information to transfer across patient-facing and professional health records. These standards are currently being tested in 3 sites in England (North West London, Leeds and South London). We are looking at how this information will flow back to primary care records and provide more information for managing your patients more effectively.
